Registration fees are non-refundable and reserve your child's placement.
Tuition refunds, credits, or withdrawals are governed by your signed Enrollment Agreement.
Refund requests received at least 14 days before the event may receive a refund, less any processing fees.
Refund requests made fewer than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund unless approved by the Director.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless the error was made by Anchors Away Pre-K.
All donations are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.
